What we process

When you submit the form: name, email, optional organisation and your message (including topic, size, city and any lookbook list). The purpose is to reply to your enquiry. The basis is your consent, which you can withdraw by writing to us.

How it is sent

The form posts to a PHP script on our web host, which forwards it as email to our corporate address via the host’s mail service. The message is not stored in a database on the site.

Abuse protection

To prevent spam the server stores a pseudonymous identifier (a hash of the IP address and domain) and a counter in a temporary folder. Up to five attempts per 15 minutes are allowed; the entry is deleted after the window expires.

Retention

Emails are kept as long as needed to follow up the enquiry, then deleted. We have not set a specific number of months.

Sensitive data

Do not send health information, CVs or other special categories. There is no file upload.

Your rights

You can request access, correction and deletion, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
